The career of over 26 years marked with big transitions at periodic intervals across industry and function. She had the opportunity to refresh her career every few years and that has added immense value to her professional journey. Always moving forward and in the process unlearning and relearning the ropes of every new game.
She started her career in front line sales , rapidly growing into Business Management in the initial 8 years. Then making an unconventional choice of moving into a Leadership Consulting space with Manford Allianz for 5 years . Moving back into Corporate Sector as L&OD head with RPG and then AIG . For the last 8 years with Raymond in 3 major stints - joined as Group L & OD Head , then Apparel and Retail HR Head and then as CHRO for the Lifestyle Business. Post which I spend some time with Raheja Universal Pvt ltd as CHRO before joining HDFC as Head COE - Organisation Effectiveness which includes Talent Management, OD & Culture, Employee Engagement and Communication, Diversity & Inclusion and EVP
